Serves 14-16. Twelve’s honeycake we've all gotten to know and love - caramelized honey sponge cake, lightly spiced with cinnamon. The frosting is whipped cream with our dulce de leche and more caramelized honey, and covered in black cocoa glaze. Adorned with crispy meringue ‘mushrooms’, sugared local cranberries, candied local rosemary, Maine honey candy and candied hazelnuts
Stollen is a centuries-old German Christmas bread—part cake, part loaf—studded with rum-soaked dried fruits, toasted nuts, and warm spices. Its distinctive powdered sugar coating mimics fresh snow, making it as beautiful as it is delicious.
